Ben Lost 5kg
This transformation is a little different as there is muscle gain as well as fat loss.
This was a 12 week gym based transformation that also entailed a large nutrition overhaul.
We started with weight loss and dropped 8kg and then started an all body training program to gain a few kg of muscle (3kg in this case).
It's amazing to see what can be done is 12 weeks of dedicated work.
A great result!
