Anna Lost 12KG

Let me tell you about Anna. She is a hard working mum in London. She came to me to get some help to lose weight because she had tried many times without success due to not having time to train. For Anna, the stress of low calorie meals effected her concentration at work had negative effects on her mood at home with her husband and young one.
I built a completely new plan from the ground up and helped increase Annas food knowledge.
Then designed her the 'biggest bang for your buck' exercise plan that she could do at home to decrease her training time and spend more time with the family.
Her habits then got some attention and she was able to stick to her new eating plan long term which enabled her to get amazing weight loss results.

Simon lost 16kg

Simon plays squash at a high level and always thought that would be enough to keep his weight stable. However, as he got older he realised that he was putting weight on every year.

Noelene Lost 17.5KG

Noelene was always interested in my Instagram posts but was not wanting to take the leap into joining the program, until she asked me for a free call to find out more.

Ryan Lost 11.5KG

Ryan used to be a skinny kid and was very active and then adulthood hit and he became a parent and his priorities changed along with his weight. He had been over 90kg for more than 20 years.
Ryan too had been liking my instagram posts for quite some time and was delaying the decision to act and make himself a priority.
But once he did there was no turning back!
My method for Ryan was to find time in his day that he couldn't find himself. He has 4 kids and works full time, so time is hard to come by.
Then step by step we introduced small changes that made big impacts.
He started at 92.5kg and is down to an amazing 81kg.
I am so proud of his new commitment and new body. Great work Ryan!

Joanna Lost 9kg

Joanna is a long haul airline attendant and lives in and out of hotels. This means lots of jet lag, tiredness, no life routine and hotel food.
Like all successful weight loss programs, we had to make adjustments that fit into her current lifestyle as wholesale changes wouldn't work without her giving up her job.
Piece by piece we changed habits into healthy ones and time management to prioritise Joannas goals.
It was slow at the start but she trusted the plan. Then it all came together and she went from 65kg down to 56kg. The trick was then to apply maintenance strategies so that she can stay at that weight. And she has!

Ian Lost 6KG

Ian wanted to transform for his 50th birthday and did he transform!!
He had always trained and kept fit but could never put muscle on.
I firstly looked at his nutrition in depth and changed some big things that would keep up with the demands of his new training program.
Then his training plan started 2 weeks after that.
The thing I will always remember with Ian is that he couldn't believe that he was getting these results and spending LESS time in the gym than he had been over the past 15 years with no results.
Ian worked hard for this transformation and got a great photoshoot for his 50th bday to always remember.

Giles Lost 13kg

Giles had a great result during the Covid lockdown in 2021.
He was working from home and getting quite depressed about life being stuck from seeing anyone, so motivation was low.
The key for Giles at the start was to help him find motivation and the direction he desired.
Once he clicked into gear there was no stopping him.
He found his new self and was a joy to work with. Each week was a new Giles with him breaking new personal bests and records he had set for himself.
In the meantime, his weight was plummeting.

Ben Lost 5kg

This transformation is a little different as there is muscle gain as well as fat loss.
This was a 12 week gym based transformation that also entailed a large nutrition overhaul.

Tim Lost 16.4KG

Tim had always been a fit guy as a kid and played a pretty good standard of rugby as a junior and a young adult, but like a lot of my clients Tim went to university and got himself a fantastic job which changed his life. For the better in some respects but gave him a LOT less time to look after himself, In fact….No time! Long office hours, commute home and poor food choices. Then he had a child and had even LESS time to do anything for himself.
Enough was enough for Tim and he finally reached out for some help (after thinking about it for quite some time) to get his weight back down to a level that energised him and made him feel happy and confident about taking his shirt off.

So we first looked at his diary and moved things around and ‘stacked’ tasked and found time for him to complete small habits.

Then stripped his diet back to scratch and give him some structure and re- built it.

Increased his movement and found time to fit in short and sharpe training programs in which Tim responded well with. Tim still didn’t have time to use a gym, but did home workouts.
NOW…….Tim finds it hard to keep his shirt ON!! lol.
He is loving his big flex in this pic which give a great indication of the confidence that he picked up and he looks great.
He now maintains this weight and still works hard at the office but has more energy than ever. AND... Lost a fantastic 14.6KG along the way!!
