Ian Lost 6kg

Ian wanted to transform for his 50th birthday and did he transform?!!

He had always trained and kept fit but could never put muscle on.

I firstly looked at his nutrition in depth and changed some big things that would keep up with the demands of his new training program.

Then his training plan started 2 weeks after that.

The thing I will always remember with Ian is that he couldn't believe that he was getting these results and spending LESS time in the gym than he had been over the past 15 years with no results.

Ian worked hard for this transformation and got a great photoshoot for his 50th bday to always remember.
